Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FREEZME. By joining the waitlist or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use FREEZME.

1 · Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use FREEZME. You confirm the information you give us — including your date of birth — is true, and that you'll keep it accurate. One account per person; accounts are personal and non-transferable.

2 · Verification & membership

Membership requires verification (a real phone number and a college or work email; additional verification for explicit lanes). We may decline, pause, or remove membership to protect the community. A city's one-to-one matching activates at 200 verified members; until then you remain on the waitlist.

3 · How the service works

FREEZME provides a conversational interview and, where your city is active, up to one introduction per week (two on a paid membership). Introductions are produced by our matching system and are offered, not guaranteed — some weeks there may be no suitable match, and we'll tell you honestly rather than send a weak one.

4 · Your conduct

Be honest, be kind, and treat other members with respect.
No harassment, hate, threats, scams, romance fraud, or contact-fishing.
No solicitation, spam, or commercial use of the platform.
No impersonation, and no sharing another member's private information or images.
Nothing involving minors, ever. This is a zero-tolerance, immediate-removal rule.

We moderate interview text and early messages automatically and review reports. A report may auto-suspend an account pending review. Three upheld strikes result in removal.

5 · Safety and no background checks

FREEZME does not conduct criminal, identity, or other background checks on members, and does not verify that any member is safe or suitable. Verification confirms contact details, not character. You are solely responsible for your interactions and for your safety when meeting anyone. We provide a safety toolkit (public-venue suggestions, share-your-plan, post-date check-in) and strongly encourage you to use it. FREEZME is not liable for the conduct of any member, on or off the platform.

6 · Payments

The free tier includes one introduction a week. Optional paid membership adds a second weekly introduction and priority in matching — never visibility or boosts. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the current period.

7 · Your content & account

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service (for example, to deliver your messages to your match and to run safety systems). You can delete your account and personal data at any time; see the Privacy Policy.

8 · Disclaimers & liability

FREEZME is provided "as is". We don't warrant that you'll form any particular connection or outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FREEZME is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of other members.

9 · Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
